Your Plate is Full...
And I understand...
I remember it like it was yesterday. I was sitting at my desk in my home office while my little one played upstairs in her room, which was pretty typical for a Sunday afternoon. I was in the middle of working on a few social media posts when the phone rang.
My mom was hysterical and I could barely understand a word she said other than "Krissy, I'm scared."

My life has not been the same since that day. I had to make some tough decisions. I had to delete some activities and delegate others. It wasn't until the load lightened a bit that I felt ready to share what worked for me. Basic tips that can be tailored to fit your unique situation. I want you to know that you are not alone. Others have gone through what you are in the midst of and there is one resounding theme...
When you're going through something, keep going!
I ask that you circle back with me to let me know your unique set of circumstances. I never promise to have all of the answers, but I can certainly be supportive based on my life experiences.
All the Best,
